The latest projects by Carlo Colombo for antoniolupi, presented at Cersaie 2021, stem from a process of subtraction of material to maximize the possibility of personalizing the bath environment. In the Sled freestanding tub the oval volume is intentionally ‘almost’ perfect: as if eroded by water, two diagonal cuts dissect the depth of the basin to grant lightness to a sculptural form, whose ‘cut’ base accentuates the sensation of lightness. The perimeter with LED lighting makes the contact with the floor nearly imperceptible. On the upper edge, a long incision creates a recessed border as a handy, functional surface.
The tub is available in Flumood or Colormood, the new resin with a velvety touch patented in 2021, in a wide range of hues. The version in Flumood can be painted on the outside, in all the colors of the antoniolupi range, while the model in Colormood can be painted inside and out, in 10 different colors.

Matter seeks a tighter fusion with architecture in Fluido: built into the wall, the sink seems to take form from it, while bringing functional identity and soft movement. As the name implies, a series of curves shapes the volume of the column and the basin in a fluid, monolithic way, a sensation also generated by the width of the column, which replicates the dimensions of the sink itself.
Fluido, which joins the previous models Silenzio, Strappo, Soffio and Calice, pursues the same objective of conserving functional quality and sculptural impact in bath furnishings, making water become the true protagonist. Made with Flumood, after installation it can be painted in the same color as the wall, completely blending into the décor.
