The Livinwow space – in Milan, via Archimede 6 – is a concept lab where the realm of interior design meets that of real estate. The idea behind this innovative space is the brainchild of the founders of Milano Contract District. The goal is to give concrete answers to the growing demand for new interior concepts for sophisticated city dwellers, young and not-so-young alike.

Livinwow was conceived with a B2B2C business model but a direct digital B2C sales channel is planned for the near future. The concept lab is currently open by appointment only.

Livinwow responds to market demand, meeting the criteria of new customer generations. Envisioned as a creative laboratory, interior design dialogues with video media and digital virtual tours to create the experience of a home design in 1:1 scale.

Livinwow gives professionals a package of exclusive and innovative interior design services and products from prestigious brands. The new digital design platform meets the demands of a new real estate market that needs to offer products and services to an increasingly changeable, highly discerning public. This public is looking for those simplified buying processes in real estate too like those we all know from other consumer industries like fashion, food, hi-tech, and automotive.

The exhibition space shows visitors new trends in interior design with a mission of giving properties immediate heightened appeal for those looking for a new home, creating a decidedly intelligent way of designing a home. The Livinwow project involves many leading brands of international and Italian design, such as Scavolini, Battistella Company, Samsung, Mirage, Corradi, Verde Profilo, Roofingreen, Grohe, Color Designer Milano, Caos Creativo, Caleido, Resstende, Bticino.
