Italian Design Brands becomes Dexelance

With 11 companies and 14 Italian brands, the aim of the new industrial group is not just aggregation but the enhancement of specialised entrepreneurship and creativity centres

After the goal reached in May 2023 with the listing on Euronext Milan and the entrance
with a prominent role of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A., the Italian Design Brands group definitively transforms and presents itself on the high-end market as Dexelance. New are the name – meant as a synthesis of design, excellence, elegance – the brand identity, and the positioning as an industrial and commercial Group with an international scope (with exports already standing at 75% and a global distribution network of 4,500 retail partners).

Well known and established are instead the realities, the specialisations, the talent and the
expertise that distinguish the 11 Italian companies (with a total turnover of 311 million) that bring together 14 brands in 4 strategic areas of reference for design and for luxury: Dandy Home Collection, Gamma Arredamenti, Gervasoni 1882, Meridiani, Saba Italia, Turri, Very Wood for furnishing, Axolight, Davide Groppi, Flexalighting for lighting, Binova and Miton Cucine for the kitchen systems sector, Cenacchi International and Modar for the Luxury Contract.

“Since the foundation of Italian Design Brands – from today Dexelance – our aim has been
to support individual companies in the new challenges posed by the market and to help
them accelerate the growth process they had already begun, preserving their DNA,
entrepreneurial values and keeping the entrepreneurs in charge”, explains Giorgio Gobbi,
Managing Director of Dexelance. Without settling for mere aggregation, the intention is to develop specialised centres of creativity, craftsmanship, ingenuity, respecting individual stories and business ethics in order to proceed on a growth path, both organically, integrating product ranges with complementary projects, and through acquisitions, for example in the outdoor, bathroom and surfaces segments.
