MillerKnoll, two new epicenters in London and New York

The American group has opened a 1,700-square-meter space in the heart of Clerkenwell. And it has redesigned the historic Herman Miller flagship store on Park Avenue South

MillerKnoll recently opened its first flagship store outside of the U.S. in London during the London Design Festival. The space is located in the heart of Clerkenwell, the design hub of the British capital. The 1,700-square-foot, three-story location features showrooms and retail space for the Knoll, Herman Miller and Maharam brands.
“We believe there is substantial opportunity to grow internationally,” said Ben Groom, President, International Contract at MillerKnoll. “The opening of MillerKnoll London is just one step we’re taking to offer an enhanced experience to our customers across the United Kingdom and Europe.”

This inauguration is also accompanied by a rethinking of the MillerKnoll space in New York City (previously the Herman Miller flagship store), located on Park Avenue South and within walking distance of Gramercy Park. 11 floors and more than 77,000 square feet where showrooms and retail stores of the Group’s entire brand portfolio now coexist: in fact, the space includes Knoll, Herman Miller, Geiger/DatesWeiser, Muuto and Maharam, corporate offices and a MillerKnoll Studio that will highlight other brands such as Hay and NaughtOne.

“We’re immensely proud of this new design hub and can’t wait to use it as a forum to share insights, innovations, and ideas that meet our customers’ most pressing needs and inspire the future through design,” said Ben Watson, Chief Creative and Product Officer at MillerKnoll.
