Kvadrat: feels like home

The firm Vincent Van Duysen Architects redesigns the Kvadrat space in Milan as a showroom with a residential atmosphere

We gather at the showroom, with all the comforts of home. During Milano Design Week 2021, Kvadrat opened the doors of its intimate, welcoming residential showroom.

The space has been redesigned and reinvented by the studio Vincent Van Duysen Architects, inspired by the spiritual atmosphere one can sense in libraries, places that convey a sense of warmth and comfort, while also narrating the history and style of the residential collections by Kvadrat. For the renewal of the space, the designers have created a Milanese living room, where clients can meet in two different settings: formal and informal.

The displays present the entire range of the residential collections and brands of the company: Sahco, Kvadrat/Raf Simons, Kvadrat curtains and carpets. Aimed mostly at interior designers specializing in residential projects, the showroom becomes a source of inspiration for home décor at 360 degrees.
