Chief Marketing Officer of Flos at a global level from 2017, and since 2019 part of the Steering Committee, formed by the CEO Roberta Silva, the Design Curators and the CMO to identify brand and product strategies. Today Barbara Corti has a new position – unprecedented in the company – as Chief Creative Officer of Flos, with the aim of developing creative strategies for product lines, as well as strategies of content creation through all the online and offline channels of the brand.
A position forcefully urged by the CEO “with the aim of internalizing such a strategic function and assigning value to the talent of a managerial figure who for six years has fully demonstrated an advanced creative and cultural approach, in keeping with the DNA and the values of the brand,” the company comments.
Barbara Corti – with a degree in architecture, over a decade of experience as creative director in communication agencies and publishing houses, as well as assignments as a consultant and mentor for various startups in the world of fashion – will thus have the task of guiding the Creative & Design Team, composed of the area of Product Design, in close collaboration with the Research and Development teams of all the collections (Decorative, Architectural, Outdoor and Bespoke), and the area of Content Design.
The new appointment coincides with the conclusion of the collaboration with Fabio Calvi and Paolo Brambilla as Design Curators of Flos, a position created in 2019 for the architectural duo to grant continuity in the development of the collections in the phase of passage from entrepreneurial oversight to multinational managerial organization, with a focus on growth and transformation.
