Private residence, Four Seasons at M Avenue, Marrakech

We’re at the center of tourist attractions and residential settlements in Marrakech, Morocco, inside a lifestyle destination with a new concept, known as M Avenue. This is the location of the new Four Seasons Private Residences Marrakech at M Avenue, a prestigious real estate complex run by the hospitality brand that is a synonym for luxury. The development is composed of 85 units and sophisticated shared facilities, for an overall area of 18,600 square meters.

The project has been carried out over the years by Igor Rebosio, founder and design director of De.Tales, who has formulated the interior design with the Moroccan developer NASLI Holding (formerly Downtown Hotel Corporation-DHC). An architecture firm specialized in the sectors of hospitality and luxury residences, De.Tales has worked on the phase of interior design and styling of the private residence placed in a central position inside M Avenue.

Facing the complex’s private swimming pool, the apartment has a large terrace conceived as a natural extension of the living area, and can rely on all the services and structures of Four Seasons, including room service, conciergerie, supervised parking, luggage assistance, 24/7 security, pools, fitness center, mini-club, halls for parties and cinema, and a business center. Everything has been implemented in tune with the premium image of the Four Seasons brand. “For this exclusive apartment we have created interiors with a warm layered atmosphere, where Moroccan culture establishes a delicate dialogue with the contemporary mood generated by the furnishings,” say Igor Rebosio and Giuseppe Varsavia, partners of the studio De.Tales.

The range of colors focuses on warm tones, across different shades of red – from bordeaux, to bright, by way of dark orange, sienna and mustard – shifting into cooler hues like dark and olive green. The style is refined, blending vibrant fabrics with local decorative elements.

The atmosphere is intimate, punctuated by contemporary furnishings (Roche Bobois), traditional items with Moorish influences and pieces found at nearby art and design galleries (ZL Gallery, Hicham Bnoussina). The dialogue with local taste has been interpreted through the use of antique carpets, Moroccan vases and artworks, and lamps in the colonial style (from Henry Cath). For the bedroom zone, the choice has gone to textured finishes, while the bathrooms are faced in White Calacatta marble.
