The George collection by Talenti was presented during Milano Design Week, at the Supersalone and in the flagship store on Via Pontaccio, as a worldwide preview of the 2022 catalogue. Created by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba, it confirms the clear tendency of the company and the designers to choose materials of the highest quality, applied as usual to the products with clean, elegant lines and enveloping, well-proportioned forms. For an outdoor zone that adapts to many contemporary settings, for different uses and functions, with total versatility and comfort.
The collection features a range of different materials: stainless steel for all the structures, exposed or covered with slightly padded cord, as in the sofas; Accoya® wood in the natural teak color for the tops of large and small tables, a high-performance wood that thanks to patented technology conserves the look of the original material, while guaranteeing exceptional properties of stability, durability and resistance to weathering; volcanic stone in three different tones – beige, dark green, dark grey – for dining and coffee tables; and, finally, seat cushions and luxuriously padded backs.
George offers a range of items that can be combined in different contexts and settings, to provide extensive personalization while fully exploiting the benefits of outdoor living, from the simple daybed to the more detailed living area configurations.
The collection provides sofas of different sizes, with added elements like ottomans and corner units, chairs and armchairs in the living room versions, dining and lounge chairs, coffee tables with square, rectangular or round tops, with juxtaposed heights, a console with a length of 160 cm, and dining tables with ample proportions (150X150, 250X100). Natural ivory, dark green, asphalt, plain mud and dark gray are the colors chosen for the fabrics covering the sofas, seating and sun cots.
