London has new pluses for American Airlines Premium passengers. The renewed, arrivals lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3 has been recently inaugurated, finishing one of the multiple projects started by the airline company. Projects that take part in the investments’ plan with an ongoing-3-billion-dollars budget by American Airlines, in order to improve the customer experience.
The London lounge – and its 29 spa-like shower rooms with complimentary C.O. Bigelow toiletries, an express clothes pressing service, a business centre and a meeting room – maximizes the comfort, framed by a modern and professional design. As part of the enhancement program, the company has extended its partnership with esteemed culinarians Rhubarb to provide a fresh menu to passengers. Known for catering the world’s finest events at exclusive locations such as the Royal Albert Hall, Goodwood and the restaurant Sky Garden, Rhubarb has designed a seasonal menu for American, alternating every four weeks.
«Our newly designed Arrivals Lounge reaffirms our presence and commitment to enhancing the customer experience in London, the city that pioneers international premium travel», said Gemma Ward, Manager Premium Customer Services – Europe and Asia Pacific.
