The Pure Talent Contest is one of the best show of imm Cologne, and represent a luxurios competition for young designers.
The contest is composed by a challenge between designers, who will be judge by an international jury composed by expert-designers and collaboration with the German Design Council. Furtermore the design point of view, there are deepen studies about the materials that has been used. Products that were born from innovation, like the bathtub made of carbon fibres is possible to find them at Pure padillon.
Mobility and versatilità are addiotional qualities that designers are seeking to realize in their product ideas, says Dick Spierenburg, imm Cologne’s Creative Director “The Pure Talents Contest is a platform for young talent sto present their prototype being able to distinguish themselves with their designs out of a wide array of contestants”.
In the latest thirteen years the number of contenstants has increased continuously, were presented 375 prototypes from 474 designers, among which some have been produced on a large scale by big design studios. The competition going to take part in during other shows of imm Cologne, like the LivingInterios, Das Haus, Design Post and Passagen, design for everybody and every kind of style and tastes.
