Altagamma names the winners of the Young Enterprises Award, seven emerging companies of Italian luxury that will be the excellencies of the future

The eighth edition of the Premio Giovani Imprese, established in 2015 by Altagamma. Its aim and mission is encapsulated in the payoff “Believing in the Future”: believing in the future and in the young people who will uphold the flag of Made in Italy. So again this year, the award was given to seven emerging companies in Italian luxury, recognizing their entrepreneurial drive and the characteristics of being an Italian excellence in the future.

These include BLAZÉ Milano for fashion, OLEV for design, Ilaria Icardi for jewellery, Engine for food, Invictus Yacht in the speed category, Forestis in the hotel industry, Ricehouse in innovation.

Then the winning companies will be able to enter Altagamma for one year and concurrently participate in training, networking, business strategy and consultancy thanks to Altagamma and the Award Partners Borsa Italiana, ELITE-Euronext Group, and SDA Bocconi School of Management – to support them in their growth. Always with the aim of supporting these companies in their development, Altagamma will create where possible a Mentor-Protégé relationship between brand Members and Young Enterprises for an effective dialogue for both.

“There are already 55 companies that in eight years the Young Enterprises Award has involved and supported, thanks to our Partners, with mentorship services, communication, strategic and managerial consulting. Of these, about 50% are female companies with co-founders or female CEOs,” commented Stefania Lazzaroni, General Manager of Altagamma – Altagamma continues to mentor the future protagonists of high-end Italian companies, creating where possible, a dialogue between these companies and the most established Altagamma Members.
