In total stylistic continuity, Turri‘s Net collection expands and extends from the living area to embrace the sleeping area as well. Created as a proposal of upholstered furniture, Net was born from the creative elegance of Matteo Nunziati, who wanted to emphasize Turri’s savoir-faire, tradition and craftsmanship skills through furnishings that capture the attention precisely because of the materials and workmanship applied.

Net’s characterizing cipher is thus the large leather weave that gives shape laterally to the structure of sofas and armchairs, supported by a wooden frame (made of Eucalyptus or Canaletto walnut) enriched by metal inserts. A setting with attention to detail, refined in aesthetics, but which does not give up comfort thanks to the voluminous padding. All these principles can be traced in Net’s evolution for the sleeping environment. Wood is again the protagonist in the warm, sensory essence of thermo-treated Eucalyptus; woven leather moves into the headboard, thus giving it visual centrality.

“Matteo Nunziati with Net continues to make himself the interpreter of a fundamental union: that between interior architecture and product design,” they let the company know, “and, once again, he shows himself in the selection of raw materials and in the tailoring of their application in an intimate vision of the home that is meant to be an invitation to carve out a moment of pure relaxation from everyday life.

Net is one of Turri’s latest creations inspired by modern design and the result of collaborations with contemporary designers, such as Nunziati himself, who are the interpreters of this renewed vocation of the company.
