Sahrai has thus turned to additional fibres such as PET, Jute and Polished Cotton, which allow it to maintain the exceptional softness and durability that characterise the brand’s carpets. The new fibres can be found in both the Indoor and Outdoor collections, such as the Noor Collection, conceived as a synthesis of Italian style and refined materials, with a design inspired by light and the extraordinary shapes it can create; and the Underwaterlife Collection, intended primarily for yachts and summer residences thanks to the fresh and relaxing atmosphere it evokes through the representation of nature in its multiple manifestations.
Models perfectly representative of this new, more sustainable approach are the Sphere and Spyro carpets, part of the new 2023 Noor Collection. Both round, both hand tufted in Loop Jute and Bamboo Silk, and embossed Bamboo Silk, they stand out for their natural colours, organic shape and above all the contrast of the materials used.
