The 9th flagship store, this time in Rome, for Florim, after the Florim Gallery of Fiorano Modenese (MO) and the flagship stores in Milan, New York, Moscow, Singapore, Frankfurt, London, Abu Dhabi and Paris: 350 square meters on two levels, in the city’s leading district for design and fashion. The entrance and three windows are at Via dei Due Macelli 50, on the corner of Via di Capo le Case, where the showroom continues with four more windows.

In stylistic continuity with the company’s other spaces, the showroom in Rome has a multifunction concept developed on two levels. The ground floor stands out for the large glass surfaces that allow abundant natural light to enter. This level contains spaces entirely decorated with Florim surfaces for different uses; to the side, a more technical area presents the Magnum Oversize range of large slabs (up to 320x160cm). The basement level features a zone for outdoor applications, a work area for architects and designers, and an office space.

“We are continuing our investment with the opening of new spaces in the main worldwide capitals of architecture and design,” says Claudio Lucchese, president of Florim. “A path that began in 2009 precisely in Italy, where we opened our first flagship store in Milan, and will continue in the months to come. All this with the aim of approaching major design studios, promoting Florim’s surfaces and the use of large slabs for traditional applications and the décor sector, which is increasingly oriented towards the sustainable aspects of products.”

Florim, under the guidance of Claudio Lucchese, son of the founder Giovanni, has produced ceramic surfaces for over 60 years for all the needs of construction, architecture and interior design. The strategy is oriented towards quality, innovation and sustainability, combined with a creative impulse and the commitment to transform the value known as “Made in Italy” into “Made in Florim.” After having transformed into a Benefit corporation, in 2020 the brand received B Corp certification, and since 2022 it is a member of Altagamma, the foundation that brings together the elite of our country’s ambassadors of Italian lifestyle in the world.
