The fair for the restaurant and hospitality industry, held every two years at Fiera Milano Rho (Linea Rossa M1). The fair for 2021 will be the 42nd edition, with over 1000 exhibitors from 40 countries, and more than 800 events.

An exhibition of design editions and signature pieces, in the spaces of the Complesso Monumentale di San Domenico Maggiore and various symbolic locations in the city, to support, promote and celebrate a new generation of designers operating outside traditional circuits. EDIT Napoli finds independent makers, artisans and designers with “one eye that is global, while the other is local,” as the organizers put it. For this third edition, the format gains a virtual version to permit everyone to take part, connecting with exhibitors also from a distance.

Design Miami organizes its first physical event in Asia during Shanghai Art Week in November. The event curated by Aric Chen and Violet Ruhui Wang will explore design as an art form, presenting contemporary works and 20th-century pieces. The goal? To draw on Chinese culture’s historical relationship with fine objects to prompt new interpretations in a contemporary, global context, bringing together the great tradition of Asian design with works by rising talents. This festival celebrates design and creativity in the United Arab Emirates each year.
