Samo Industries acquires Lineabeta

The Group, which includes Samo, Inda and Siro, completes the acquisition of 100% of the Veneto-based firm: Denis Venturato, president of Samo Industries, talks about the strategies connected to Lineabeta

Important new developments for Samo Industries: the Group has acquired a 100% share of Lineabeta, the Veneto-based company specialized in the production of bath furnishings and complements. The transaction is worth approximately 2,5 million euros.

Denis Venturato, president of the group that also includes Samo, Inda and Siro, explains the move: “The acquisition will be integrated in the context of the Samo brand, which will match Inda in terms of complete offerings: the catalogue will thus contain not only shower solutions, but also a wide range of items for the bathroom.”

The mission of Samo Industries will be to optimize operations of the four brands in order to take advantage of the many potential synergies. Venturato introduces the new acquisition as follows: “Lineabeta stands out for its large catalogue of accessories and complements for bath furnishings, marked by extreme functional quality and an outstanding user-oriented approach.”

This strategic move will allow the holding company to offer complete proposals, ready to respond to the requirements of various markets and distribution channels. The latter will be integrated, combining those of Samo with the existing commercial network of Lineabeta.

What about the future? “The aim is to create a center of reference for Italian design in the bath furnishings sector: the acquisition of Lineabeta is one of the decisive, strategic steps taken in this direction,” the president of Samo Industries concludes.
