Holly and mistletoe, berries and poinsettias, all framed by the iconic Versace fretwork. The table about to be set for the holidays couldn’t be more joyful and colorful. The ongoing fertile collaboration between Versace and Rosenthal (for over 25 years) leads to the new Versace Holiday Alphabet collection, a perfect blend of the historical roots of the maison and the quality “made in Germany” of porcelain.
The collection – added to the Rosenthal meets Versace line – takes its cue from the Baroque lettering of the fashion collection for Spring/Summer ‘92, whose motif is enhanced by decorations that suggest the arrival of winter and the holiday season.
Versace Holiday Alphabet provides a variegated, refined table setting: plates, tea and coffee sets, dessert stands in the finest porcelain, ready for different combinations for daring contrasts of tones and lively hues. This arrangement is enhanced by a series of holiday decorations, along the same lines in terms of motifs and patterns. The result? “A collection – the company explains – that evokes the atmosphere of a holiday family gathering – the warmth of home, the importance of memories, and the love that Versace brings home for the holidays.”
Versace Holiday Alphabet is the follow-up of an equally iconic collection created in collaboration with Rosenthal, totally focused on the warm emotions of the season: Reflections of Holidays stands out for its variety of products and the decorative touch of a big red bow and dazzling Christmas tree bulbs, in a harmonious orchestration of symbols and festive atmosphere.
