Today was presented the rich schedule that will animate the district of Lambrate at the upcoming Milan Design Week, scheduled from 17 to 22 April. Dozens of activities, events, installations that will take place between via Massimiano, via Ventura, and via Conte Rosso for the six-day dedicated to innovation in design.
The pillar of the 2018 edition will be the architect Simone Micheli, who has been among the protagonists of the dynamic district for several years. The arch. Micheli will give life to two exhibitions: Hotel Regeneration (16 – 22 April 2018) at the Officina Ventura 14 and The precious apartment in Puntaldìa (17-22 April 2018) at Simone Micheli studio – gallery. Hotel Regeneration: the biggest event-agora realized for the Milanese kermesse in the contract field, in collaboration with Tourism Investment, PKF hotelexperts & AboutHotel, which will cover an area of over 4000 square meters, will present to the visitor many different environments dedicated to hospitality.
The precious apartment in Puntaldìa under the patronage of ImmobilSarda, tells a new way of imagining architecture aimed at redefining the concept of luxury in accordance with the evolution of the needs of today’s man and the fluidity of contemporary living space.
Prominent occurence is also Din – Design In, event organized by Promotedesign.it that has now reached its 6th edition and takes place in a strategic location located in via Massimiano 6 / via Sbodio 9. In the former hangar of 2,000 square meters, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the products of designers, companies, schools, organizations and worldwide famous architechts.
Not to be missed SHARED HOUSE: CO-DIVIDUAL Architecture: conceived as a space off the Triennale di Milano within the exhibition organized by Stefano Mirti entitled “999 questions on contemporary living” in progress from 12 January to 6 April.
New Entry among the 2018 food events is Osteria Milano, that starting from December 2017 will be permanently on via Sbodio 30. Osteria Milano will be a reference point for the whole city: a meeting point, with a music schedule for the entire week, thanks to selected performances, concerts and Dj set.
Furthermore the Fuorisalone project that aims at an audience of industry professionals: located in the spaces of Via Massimiano 25, the event offers concrete business opportunities and interactions between professionals and entrepreneurs; the Spazio Donno with its 700 square meters, overlooking Via Conte Rosso 36 welcoming proposals for the home and domotics solutions; on the next door, at number 34, the installation-event of CR34 interior and product design studio; there are also scheduled numerous initiatives by the Moholeschool in via Ventura 5, with exhibitions, projections, performances and journalistic reports by the students of the 8 fields of study.
