Habitat’s first time in Milan

Habitat‘s philosophy finds space in the new store to be opened on Thursday, November 30, in the new CityLife Shopping District in Milan, the city was chosen by the company to start the international relaunch of its collections, also anticipating the appointment with the Salone del Mobile 2018.

Furniture pieces, upholstered furnishings, accessories, textiles, lamps and decorations, not only for the home but also for office and outdoor spaces; new lines and great classics in the Habitat catalog, with settings that draw inspiration from beauty, creativity and functionality, scattered over two thousand sqm on three floors, where furniture and accessories sometimes adopt floral motifs and make extensive use of natural materials, combining wood, marble, and leather.

The exhibition of F/W 2017-2018 novelties was personally coordinated by Habitat’s artistic director, Pierre Favresse, in collaboration with Eugeni Quitllet, Ferréol Babin, Joachim Jirou Najou and Perla Valtierra.
The meeting of creative minds elaborates a concept that borrows from haute couture the irrationality and the tendency to mix different styles, as well as simple and asymmetric forms.

Le Café Habitat, a chocolate and coffee shop, overlooks the spectacular CityLife towers and is also accessible from outside the building, with longer working hours than the showroom.
