Le Vie del Compasso d’Oro are back in town

An event organised by ADI Lombardia, curated by Antonella Andriani and Ambrogio Rossari, respectively vice president and former president of ADI Lombardia. Le Vie del Compasso d’Oro, inaugurated in Milan on October 7th with the Milan Fall Design Week, scheduled until December 7th, guides sector professionals as well as the general public along a veritable journey of discovery of design, linked to the ADI Compasso d’Oro Prize and the preceding pre-selection, the ADI Design Index.

Itineraries proposed by the event are customisable and represent the weave of experiences and relations which animate Made in Italy, involving firms, professional studio, point of sale, schools, foundations, museums, galleries and locations linked to the history of design. An array of different interpretations, each one linked to the protagonists of the project, themes, or the analysis of material, offering visitors an original and first-hand experience of historic and contemporary places linked to the ADI Compasso d’Oro Prize, while also enabling them to expand their knowledge of and purchase good design.

The event is constructed around awarded, mentioned or selected products at the Compasso d’Oro from 1954 to present day, including those from the first ever edition of the ADI Compasso d’Oro International Award, as well as those listed in the ADI Design Index, from the first ever edition held in 2000, to present day.

Milestones of Le Vie are illustrated in a special guide which can be downloaded from the ADI website, providing invaluable guidance and complete information.
