The future of real estate under construction in New York

2017 is heralding record forecasts for the ‘real estate technology industry’, and the main event of the NYC Real Estate Tech Week will bring together 500 participants and over 40 speakers, in an intense programme of conferences and meetings. The who’s who of real estate, venture capital and technology, with international delegations from 30 countries (32 British, 24 French and 18 German companies) tackling issues such as virtual reality, data analysis, bitcoin and blockchain, venture capital and major trends.

The German delegation is represented by companies such as Aareal Bank and Union Investment, Ena-Experts, Round Hill Capital, Kintyre Investments, Gsk Stockmann, Art-Invest Real Estate and Nai Apollo Real Estate for real estate, Colinus, Cunio Technologies, Inreal Technologies, Kiwi.Ki and Navvis, Ogulo and Leverton for the technology industry. The French delegation, led by Greater Paris Investment Agency, contains 14 top executives at the helm of the real estate tech industry. The UK delegation contains 45 professionals from 32 companies, including British Land, Moda Living, RedstoneConnect Labs and Concrete, in addition to the UK PropTech Association.

Both of the event’s keynote speakers are eagerly awaited: Marty Burger, CEO of the development company Silverstein Properties, and James Patchett, president and CEO of the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC).
