Bright colours redolent of the fifties juxtaposed with more muted tones. This is the palate chosen by Studiopepe for the restyling of the two Spotti Milano showrooms in Viale Piave.
On display, alongside iconic designer furniture, are articles by new Italian and international brands that stand out for their adoption of artisan production techniques.
Among these are the cc-tapis carpets, knotted by hand in Nepal using only natural, untreated materials, the leather and velvet clad wooden chairs with a vintage flavour proposed by the Danish company Fredericia, and Maruni’s chairs and tables, a Japanese company that specialises in furniture characterised by an elegant linear style.
A prominent role is also given to Spotti Edizioni, brands that offer exclusive furniture, where handmade care is to the fore.
The new Instant Panorama wallpaper, designed by Studiopepe and made by Wall&Decò, has great impact, as does the bookcase and chest of drawers of the Rose Gold collection, designed by Paolo Rizzo, presented during Design Week 2017.
