A chic and exclusive Victorian building dating back to the early twentieth century, located on Clithroe Road, in London’s trendy and vibrant Clapham area, has been purchased and restructured by the London-based investment company CLPD investmentindesign.
Three refined apartments on three floors, extended to an additional two floors, a basement and loft, with high quality finishings and design which distinguishes CLPD.
The Italian company Minacciolo has further enhanced the prestige of these homes, with products from the Minà and Natural Skin collections used to furnish the kitchens.

The Natural Skin kitchen reigns supreme on the first floor, where every single space has been fully exploited to best respond to requirements of practicality and professionalism. Bases and columns are in HDF finishing covered in grey Fenix, and units are in HDF covered in light oak.
The top floor kitchen is characterised by semi-professional hobs and ample pantry spaces. This Natural Skin kitchen, in HDF finishing, with bases covered in oak and the central island covered in white Fenix.
