B&B Italia – that celebrates its 50th anniversary – have a new single-brand store in Japan. Numerous are the initiatives that involved the brand in occasion of this important landmark, from the volume The long life of design in Italy. B&B Italia 50 years and beyond to the documentary film B&B Italia. Poetry in the shape, through the openings in strategic markets.
After the launch of the store on the seventh floor of West Bay towers in Doha, it is time for Tokyo.
Recently opened in the heart of the sophisticated Aoyama neighborhood, the store occupies a 900 sq m space, where the values of innovation, creativity and brand research are shared with the young partner-company Progetto 81.
The location consists of two floors – 250 sq m and 650 sqm respectively – with the Maxalto
and B&B Italia collections as protagonists; elegance and refinement that characterize Japanese aesthetics have been reflected within the first environment, which recalls the welcoming atmosphere of the launge area.
The 650sqm of the second space have a layout of B&B Italia’s headquarters showroom, respecting a concept where minimalism elegantly alternates with contemporary decorativeness.
