From May 25-26, 46 buyers and 54 companies will meet during the important two-day event full of meetings – 20 minutes are allotted to each match meeting and breaks are reduced to a minimum – exchanges and sharing of ideas.
The level of buyers attending Hispec 2016 is very high: developers, designers and interior designers from the major international chains such as Hilton, NH, Fairmont, Rotana, Damac, Windham, Kempinsky, Marriot and Meliá, procurement companies that operate worldwide such as Benjamin West, Cairncross Martin and Blue Moon, major design studios including Rockwell Group, among other significant attendees, and entities that play a major role in development within the MENA area, such as Eemar and Damac, attending both as Economic Cities and Properties.
Know-how and ability to synthesize are the winning keys for companies that follow this model of business meetings. The buyers that participate often have projects in progress or coming up and the need for transparent management is critical to earn points in the ranking of supplier candidates.
Hispec logistics have left nothing to chance: the suppliers’ stations are situated in a luxurious, very well equipped room and buyers spend the breaks between one meeting and the next in a private room. Collective meeting times, such as meals and breakfasts, have also been carefully selected to ensure that the atmosphere is both welcoming and professional.
IFDM is an official media partner of Hispec 2016, with the Contract&Hospitality Book Spring|Summer edition it welcomes the attendees to the exhibition.
The next edition of the event will be held from June 6-8, and the venue (Italy or Spain) will be announced soon.
