Armani Residences reflects the ocean

The exclusive partnership between the Interior Design Studio Armani/Casa, Dezer Development and The Related Group has produced the Residences project by Armani/Casa, in Miami. Rising up in Sunny Isles Beach – north of Bal Harbour – the tower, which consists of 60 floors with 308 apartments, is designed by César Pelli, renowned architect responsible, among the other projects, of the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur and the International Finance Centre of Hong Kong. The visionary awareness of the architect has been matched with the daring personality of the stilist Giorgio Armani, creating a unique residential project, modern and refined.

It is a unique housing project that has managed to interpret the light and architecture of Miami, with its strong, constantly updated Art Deco style, through materials that create a continuous reflection of the ocean.

This is the leit motif that characterizes both the pubblic spaces and the apartments: the fresh and pastel colors recall the Florida’s nature; bronzed mirrors and sandwich glasses make the environments deeper and brighter; the walls revoke the ocean floor through the wall covering with sheel patterns of the Armani/Casa Exclusive Wall Coverings Collection.

Since January 2016, the pubblic is allowed to dive into the atmosphere of the Residences, recreated in the two exclusive spaces of the sales centre and  the showflat, which follow the lines of the original project.
