The history of Euroluce Light of Italy covers a quarter of a century: it was in 1999, in fact, that Michele Losito founded the company in Apulia. His inspiration comes from a passion for things Made in Italy, and the art of lighting that can never be separated from the most advanced technological solutions. The continuing focus on research allows the company to create projects of great stylistic value, fully respecting factors such as architecture and context, safety, energy savings and automation. “We have the solution. Always” is the promise of Euroluce, which works side by side with clients to implement ideas and to meet personal requirements.
Precisely for this reason, the company continues to expand its design division, collaborating with international professionals and focusing on research and development, with in-house control of most of the production process: the headquarters contains a machine shop, an assembly zone and an area for prototypes, as well as a sector specialized in the creation of lampshades (Euroluce Shade).

Alongside the Elegance series, which embodies neoclassical harmony, translating it through innovation into a timely language, and the Twenty Brand Design line, whose concept is the perfect synergy between modern and contemporary, through collections permeated by a unique style, innovative design and a young, fresh aura, Euroluce has announced a recent collaboration with the Berlin-based designer Daniel Becker. Winner of many awards and specialized in residential and industrial lighting, the studio of Daniel Becker is perfectly aligned with the values of the brand based in Apulia. The stylistic research is sophisticated and minimalist, with meticulous attention to detail. In tune with Euroluce, Daniel Becker makes the fusion of the most advanced technologies and traditional craftsmanship his central focus. The preferred materials are metals – steel, brass, aluminium and copper – matched with LED technology.

The Parachute chandelier captures the poetic image and functionality of a parachute, transforming it into an art object that decorates spaces, thanks to a structure made with curved brass parts that seem to float in the air, emanating an aura of weightless beauty. Thin LED strips are incorporated in the brass bars, producing soft light that is strong enough to brighten an entire room. The other creation by Daniel Becker is called Sama, and takes its inspiration from the dance of the whirling dervishes of the Sufi communities for which it is named (in Turkish they are known as Sama-zan, from Sama, which means “listen” in Arabic, and Zan, meaning “doer” in Persian). Here it is the linear design that dictates the aesthetic rules: conceived as modules, each of which lights different elements in Italian glass selected by hand, the pendant lamp can be installed in single or grouped configurations.
Confirming the brand’s international vocation, Euroluce Light of Italy will participate in Index Saudi Arabia 2024, the largest design fair in Saudi Arabia dedicated to interiors, design, and furniture. (HALL 6, STAND F11).
