i-Wall by ZERICA
Beautiful, innovative and functional, the i-Wall water dispenser system produced by Sicily-based Zerica guarantees pure, natural or sparkling water, cooled or at room temperature. Thanks to its minimal design in the Glass, Inox and Black versions, it adapts to any kitchen module. Very quiet and practical to use, i-Wall also lets you fill carafes and bottles. In 2021 it won the Smart Product prize in the Red Dot Awards, the competition organized by Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen, which has rewarded the finest products for looks, functional quality and technological innovation since 1955.

SuperOven by Unox Casa
Composed of two models, Model 1 and Model 1S, the new Unox Casa collection offers professional performance combined with extremely easy use. The SuperOvens live up to their name: they provide all types of cooking, including ‘non-oven’ methods like grilling, frying, vacuum, smoking, as well as steaming and roasting. Sensors constantly monitor humidity in the cooking chamber to ensure uniform results, three times faster than any standard oven.

Omnichef by SMEG
Is it possible to combine a ‘traditional’ oven with steaming and microwaves in a single appliance? The answer is yes, thanks to the new generation of Galileo ovens by Smeg, offering all the advantages of three different technologies: greater crispness than traditional baking, conservation of nutrients thanks to steam, and the speed and practicality of microwave operation. Ingredients are protected and enhanced on a professional level, but thanks to the intuitive touch display the technology is always within reach. The savings are guaranteed: up to 60% in time, and 25% in energy.

Serie 4-5-6-7 by SAMSUNG
Versatile, innovative, well-designed and smarter than ever: the four new built-in oven series by Samsung. The common denominator is steam: the Dual Cook and Dual Cook Flex technology permits simultaneous steaming and traditional cooking. All the models can be controlled remotely on the SmartThings platform; starting with Series 6, Samsung introduces the AI Chamber function for the first time, in which Artificial Intelligence (AI) identifies foods and independently controls their cooking progress, helping even novice chefs in every phase of the process.

Wine coolers by NEFF
The new built-under wine coolers by the German brand stand out for adaptability and elegance. Available in two sizes, 30 and 60 cm, they respectively contain 21 and 44 bottles. Both are made in bamboo, a material that ensures optimal conservation for all types of wine. With internal LED lighting and telescopic guides to facilitate access and grip, the units have anti-UV protection and two separate temperature zones, for settings from 5°C to 20°C, depending on the best conditions for different wines.

All-In by FRANKE
Various ‘future-proof’ solutions for the kitchen were shown at the latest Salone del Mobile by the brand Franke (also see the Air Hub by Faber). The ‘smart’ Active Twist mixer, for example, has automatic flow and temperature controls for up to 50% savings on water, and was a winner at the Red Dot Design Awards 2022. The coveted prize also went to ALL-IN, which transforms any sink into a workstation with unique style: a single kit contains all the tools required for the preparation of meals until the clean-up phase, making cooking easier and more efficient.

Air Hub Vertical by FABER
For the Fuorisalone 2022 Faber, the air expert of Franke, presented Air Hub Vertical, a perfect blend of technology and design: the system combines the hood function with sanitizing of the air, removing not only cooking fumes and odors, but also viruses and bacteria, up to 99.99%, without the use of chemicals or ozone. A safe, effective and ecological solution to purify air in one of the areas of the home where people spend the most time.

Air Wall by FALMEC
A dynamic, functional, free space for socializing. This is the new Elements collection by Falmec, for which the Air Wall system is the finest example: the traditional concept of the hood vanishes, and the exhaust element is completely inserted in a modular, multifunctional architecture. Moreover, thanks to the ‘silent’ NRS technology that eliminates up to 86% noise, the hood is no longer audible. Which makes conversation during cooking easier and more enjoyable.

Lhov by ELICA
The name, invented by Chief Design Officer Fabrizio Crisà, suggests three fundamental parts of any kitchen: Hob, Oven and Ventilation, but also the word ‘love’ that unites them in an original, innovative product. LHOV is a unique module where the exhaust system is literally built-in and therefore concealed, while the oven, placed below the hob, is at an ergonomic height, freeing up more space below. Thanks to its larger size, the oven guarantees uniform cooking without the need for multiple shelves, making it possible to cook different foods at the same time to optimize consumption. Everything is controlled with a touch display or vocal commands.

Convertible undercounter refrigerator and wine storage unit, Signature Kitchen Suite
The premium appliance brand of the group LG Electronics took part for the first time in Eurocucina, also presenting the convertible undercounter refrigerator and undercounter wine refrigerator. The fridge with stainless steel interior is composed of two drawers that can be set to 6 different temperature levels; the wine unit can contain 41 bottles, and includes two zones with separate settings for temperature and humidity. The four shelves in natural beech add stability, ‘naturally’ regulating humidity and temperature, while helping to eliminate odors and substances that might alter the properties of the wine.
