The name of the project is Atmosfera precisely because Marco Carini has created 11 rooms that stand out for a particular atmosphere, taking their cue from different cities. Using the smallest possible number of pieces, the Custom+ collection offers a very wide range of combinations, with the idea of suggesting new approaches to the design of two- and three-dimensional spaces, bringing together architecture, art and history in different thematic contexts, with an extensive selection of different tones.
The various chromatic characteristics of the Michelangelo and Grisaglie Classica wood floors blend with patterns of installation and varied geometric motifs to create a setting where every element is a part of the whole. The first composition of Milan has an almost textile character, while the second is more regular, suggesting the sophisticated lines of projects by Mies van der Rohe; New York, on the other hand, features horizontal and vertical lines, with full and empty zones in dialogue.
