Luxury, through the eyes of Molteni&C|Dada

In the sophisticated Tribeca zone of New York, the company has customized an exclusive apartment inside the residential tower 111 Murray Street designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates

Fisher Brothers, Witkoff and New Valley, the developers of the project 111 Murray Street, a luxury apartment building in Tribeca, New York City, chose Molteni&C|Dada for all the kitchens in the tower, and for the furnishings of the exclusive penthouse on the 59th floor, which is part of a select group of elite dwellings located in the upper portion of the tower entirely designed by the architects of Kohn Pedersen Fox.

“We have focused on the height of luxury, so the collaboration with Molteni Group just came naturally,” says Lauren Witkoff, executive vice-president of Witkoff. “Their extremely refined pieces, with great attention to detail, enhance the host space and effortlessly reflect a precise lifestyle.”

With an area of about 284 sqm, the apartment is reached by means of a private elevator. It offers abundant natural light and large spaces, thanks to ceilings over 3 meters high and large floor-to-ceiling windows.

In the most convivial area par excellence stands a custom Dada kitchen designed by David Mann, in white oak finished with black metal. The rest of the residence, with three bedrooms, features a range of different items by Molteni&C – chairs, tables, bedside units, chests, carpets and beds – including iconic pieces designed by Gio Ponti, now part of the Molteni&C Heritage Collection, like the D.154.2 and D.151.4 chairs and the D.859.1 table.

A precise stylistic direction, in line with the prestigious services and comforts supplied to all the units: almost 2000 sqm of spaces for relaxation and entertainment, including a Turkish bath, an Olympic pool 23 meters in length, a Drybar for residents and private concierge services.
