From 3 to 8 December, one of the protagonists of Design Miami/ is USM Modular Furniture. The Swiss company launches the Haller E line in the United States, composed of furnishings with built-in wireless technology, seen in an installation created in collaboration with De Vera, brand specialized in making artistic decorations and jewels, in the Miami showroom. The idea is to bring together the furnishings with the products designed by Federico de Vera.
The modular components light up and can be transformed into charging stations, wrapped in a new creative dimension: this is the revolution set in motion by USM Modular Furniture for the Haller E system of modules for reconfiguration, in which power supply is directly built into the steel structure.
Haller E is a versatile multiuse system that can simultaneous light the host space and recharge devices like tablets and smartphones through wireless power. The structure guides the current through the e-Tubes, e-Balls and e-Connectors, which take the place of all the traditional parts. All this has been put at the service of works of art by De Vera, like the jewels in Venetian glass illuminated by the innovative technology of the Bern-based brand.
De Vera is an exceptional partner that has made creativity its strong point. The firm was founded in 1991 in San Francisco, based on an idea by Federico de Vera, to specialize in the production of decorations and jewelry in both contemporary and classic style. In the early 2000s the company opened a branch in New York, in West Chelsea.
