It has been only a few days since Atelier by Fantoni was presented at the Salone del Mobile.Milano, and already it has received its first award. The new office collection designed by Gensler for its own studio in London has been presented with the Trophée de l’Innovation 2019.
The new products are characterised by flexibility and team work. Atelier manages to bring together a wide variety of spacial functions, not only in terms of the ability to configure the work place according to need, but also, and above all, in terms of shared workspace, multifunctionality, a casual atmosphere, and efficiency.
The extremely innovative composite plan is subdivided into four main elements: a configurable work station, a 105 cm high multifunction and configurable collaboration table, a family of dynamic containers including a mobile pinboard, and a bookcase-container system.
The most important thing is the collaboration with the Gensler studio, one of the most important design and architecture companies in the world, with 48 offices worldwide and 6000 employees.
The design and exchange of ideas, as Marianna Fantoni (director of Fantoni’s Technical Office) tells us, took place via Skype.
