As the CEO of the Italian HQs, Guido Checchi, specifies, the proposals are not just information about products, but «we create residential projects as well as contract ones».
The one-to-one approach with the customer – said Checchi – is rewarded and the figures confirm it: from 2006 to 2016 the contract turnover grew from 5% to 20%. Projects as Gritti Palace (Venice), St. Regis (Florence), Ciocco Resort&Spa (Marriott Luxury Hotels) e Grand Hotel Tremezzo (one of the 100 most beautiful hotels in the world) have been created by Dornbracht Italia, ninth of the 16 branches all over the world. The company forecasts a growth of export figures that will reach, before the end of the year, a 70% turnover, demonstrating the internationality of the brand.
