Master craftsmanship is a game of balance, capable of sublimating a precious past in the desire for renewal, implying experimentation to stay in step with the latest generation of techniques. Italamp, with its history of production dating back to 1975, has taken precisely this path, combining classic and contemporary design with creative innovation, no longer focusing only on glass, but also taking inspiration from the use of different vitreous materials. High quality, crafted products and the expertise of Made in Italy applied in the lighting sector, also thanks to collaboration with international designers, in a contamination of ideas and experiences that guarantee the production of new, eclectic collections.

This is also evident in Regolo, a suspension lamp designed by Stefano Traverso, fully expressing different worlds through two proposals: the original, looking back on the 1970s, in Calacatta Oro marble with a bar in champagne-color or matte black aluminium; and its contemporary counterpart, featuring a diffuser section in aluminium with a warm gray finish, and a decorative sphere in Nero Marquinia marble. A product with clean, minimalist lines, enhanced by clear geometric forms.

Regolo is the latest creation of the brand, developed in keeping with two distinct concepts: “Incanto” which underscores the exceptional technique of production and crafting of glass, through clean, essential lines; and “Opera” which returns to and regenerates the companies solid tradition, in timeless products with a more classical design approach, while being capable of interpreting new trends in an unexpected way.

The high level of care offered in projects and for clients also translates into the presence of BeSpoke, a consulting service with which to grant form to ideas, making every product unique and responding to any type of needs. From the personalization of finishes on catalogue products to design based on uses and spaces, Italamp provides an approach that combines modern industrial philosophy with the requirements of the individual. Italamp will take part in Euroluce from 18 to 23 April with the project “The Crackle of Light,” an installation conceived to become a true sensorial experience, to discover the multiple facets of glass and its genesis, with images and lights of great emotional impact.
