A complex technological component hidden behind extreme purity of form. This is the definition of I Ching, a particular identity that has led to the international Red Dot Design Award 2023 in the Product Design section, for the category “Best of the Best.” The towel warmer in stainless steel designed by Elisa Ossino for Tubes has demonstrated its innovative character, in terms of aesthetics as well as cutting-edge technology.

At a glance, it seems extremely light and minimal: the designer has worked on reduction of the heating elements while eliminating any visible joints, getting closer to the idea of a work of art rather than a functional accessory. The use of modules permits multiple, versatile and flexible compositions.

In terms of technology, I Ching operates at 24 volts, with a transformer kit included, allowing for safe positioning even in wet zones, over a bathtub or in a walk-in shower, for example. At the same time, the model boosts comfort, always keeping a bath sheet or a robe within easy reach.
