Art Nouveau influences for Elledue

The link with natural elements, the inclination for curved and soft lines, the richness of preciousness and the combination of different materials. These are the influences from Art Nouveau that characterized Ulysse, the new living collection signed by Alex&Charles for Elledue Arredamenti.
The protagonist is the material: the wood (ash briar-root in particular), marble and brass.

Another distinguishing feature is the rusticated work for the bases of tables, coffee tables, chairs and columns, available in lacquered finishing, metallic lacquered finishing or wood finishing. Tops stand out in shape and materials, from briar to mirror and marble, in order to merge into a harmonious and sophisticated blend. Other coffee tables complete the concept, with their irregular shape.
But the fil rouge is the floral decor that links the different elements of the interior collection: it frames sideboards and cupboards, it outlines armchairs and sofas, upholstered with velvets and fabrics realized exclusively for Elledue.

Part of Ulysse, it’s the first lighting collection signed by Elledue, resulting from the stylistic collaboration with Albodesign. Three pendant lamps, two wall lights and two table lamps: perfect union between handicraft and technology, they are surprising objects, with an independent lighting body and the total absence of welds and screws.
