The Millenials condition the hospitality world always more, as illustrate the fledgling Up Hotel in Rimini, new entry of the Dorelan “ Good Sleep Hotel”. The brand is one of the partners of the project, that aims to interpret the traditional standards of Romagna hotels in a 3.0 way. The architect Monica Gasperini manages the interior, conceived as synthesis of global taste and Italian quality represented by Dorelan; a location where a social approach expresses a true essence and personality.
The 25 bedrooms feature the customized icons of the company, from Tahiti bedsprings to Brera mattresses, to Elba sofa beds. The products represent the philosophy of the structure: Be Yourself! An exclusivity touch is given by Pebble (design by Ilaria Marelli): the oversize volumes, matched with soft shapes, penetrate the only suite of the building, the scenographic Up Room. Double tv, shower box and free-standing bath tube embellished the environment.

The common space that welcomes the guests is not a classic hall, but a social lounge where connecting and chatting, interacting and working. The Meet Up Room becomes Hotfice, an office for business travellers. Among the services, Breakfast XXl, served from 7 am to 12 pm, and the Honesty Bar Snacking Chic opens 24h / 24, followed by multiple pets’ proposals. In fact, the hotel is Pet Friendly and is focused on well-being for both animals and persons.
