Foscarini debuts in Stockholm. For the first time the lighting brand takes part to the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair with an abstract, engaging image that narrates its history from a "different" perspective.
Ferruccio Laviani has been summoned to set up the project – an enveloping tunnel structure that hosts Foscarini’s eclectic universe – called At a Galance, awarded today in the background of the event with the Best Stand – Editor's Choice Award.
“Walking through an unreal world being surrounded by the collection, which is displayed in an unexpected way, we invite individuals to see things from another point of view, to search in a different way, to find originality in a thought, in a shape, in a project”, explains the designer.
In this gallery can be admired some novelties of the brand such as Caiigo, Troag or Kurage, and iconic products, including Caboche, Twiggy and Lumiere (in new shades).
In the recent years we organized several events throughout the city on the occasion of Stockholm Design Week” – says Carlo Urbinati, Foscarini President – “but this time we wanted a strong and impactful presence inside the fair to communicate our brand personality and our collection’s character: a wide range of colors, materials, shapes, styles and designers.”
“Another important goal we have in Stockholm is to strengthen our relationship and dialogue with the Nordic market, especially focusing on the contract sector," concludes Glenn Ludwig, Sales and Marketing Director. “We are in fact currently implementing a wide-ranging project to develop the contract market, including a series of appointments in strategic areas around the world and the creation of a dedicated internal team”
