In February, Italy will be Ambiente’s partner country

Ambiente, the international trade fair for consumer goods organized by Messe Frankfurt, will be held from 12 to 16 February 2016 and divided into three themed sections – Dining, Living and Giving. Italy is this year’s partner country with an exhibition inspired by the Dolce Vita

With exhibitors and visitors arriving from six continents, from 12 to 16 February, the doors will open to the 2016 edition of Ambiente, the international trade fair for consumer goods organized by Messe Frankfurt.

Featuring a selection of goods ranging from products for the kitchen to household items, objects and interior design, the event will be divided into three themed sections: Dining (tableware, the kitchen and houseware), Living (interiors) and Giving (gifts).

As usual, the organized events will include the Design Plus competition, the Solutions informative exhibition and the journalistic-format Speed-Dating@Ambiente.

Following Denmark, France, Japan and the United States, this year Italy will be the event’s fifth partner country. It will feature an exhibition dedicated to the Dolce Vita designed by Paola Navone. Meanwhile, Giulio Iacchetti will oversee Cafè Rimini Rimini, inspired by the imaginative world of Fellini.

During the last edition, over an area of over 300,000 sq m, Ambiente hosted 4814 exhibitors – including 380 from Italy – from 95 countries. Around 135,000 came from 152 countries, including over 6,000 Italians.
