Don’t call it simply a corporate showroom. IOC Studio is a tangible manifesto of the company’s identity, expressed through a space that showcases its values, design expertise, and vision–constantly evolving and in motion. IOC project partners has inaugurated this new area within its historic headquarters in Giussano, in the heart of Brianza, a building originally designed in the 1970s by Angelo Mangiarotti. Conceived by Migliore+Servetto, IOC Studio was created with a clear objective: to build a visual and multisensory narrative for architects and designers while sending a strong message about the strengthening of the company’s corporate identity.

“It is a space in constant evolution that explains, from the micro to the macro scale, what IOC does around the world,” says Ico Migliore. “This is where the quality of making is told.” The 400-square-metre space is divided into three distinct areas that, one after another, form a circular journey through the brand’s savoir-faire. The experience begins with The Lab – the Creative Laboratory: an open backstage environment where the genesis of IOC projects unfolds through research and experimentation.

Defining the space is a materials archive housing finishes and production prototypes; a large central table that gathers stories and innovations applied to IOC projects worldwide – from the company’s contribution to the headquarters of the The New York Times, developed in collaboration with Gensler, to the furnishings supplied for the offices of Goldman Sachs. Completing the setting is a display wall featuring more than 250 aluminium profiles, making the company’s technical vocabulary visible. From here, visitors enter the Agorà, the exhibition heart of the project, where IOC’s most representative furniture collections are showcased. Among them are Brera25, the desk system designed by Gensler, and Ghisolfa, the seating collection created by Raffaella Mangiarotti.

The final stage is The Lens – a Telescope on the World: a corridor transformed into an immersive digital experience that takes visitors through the company’s international projects. With IOC Studio, IOC project partners further strengthens its identity within the international design landscape. The company stands out as a highly specialised player in the contemporary workspace sector – flexible, experimental, and committed to creating versatile, modular systems that redefine the way people experience and inhabit workplaces. It is a DNA built discreetly over more than thirty years of activity, closely intertwined with the American market and with some of the most influential names in global architecture.
