Located in Livigno, in the Passo D’Eira area, Europe’s highest inhabited center, this Luxury Hotel & Spa, designed by architects Guido Olzer and Luigi Bulgarelli, enjoys a 360° view of the mountain ranges of both the Livigno and Trepalle valleys, as well as the peaks of nearby Switzerland or the Bormio area, including the renowned Cima Piazzi.

Ceramic tiles were chosen for the flooring and wall cladding of the bathrooms, corridors, part of the stairwell, and the living areas. In all areas, the stone-effect porcelain stoneware from the Foil collection is present in three different colors: Aluminium, Titanium, and Burnish, except for the SPA area where the Tune collection, in the Rock color variant, was installed with a special anti-slip finish. In the bathrooms, the use of large slabs for creating countertops is particularly noteworthy.
