At the heart of this Milanese villa’s restyling, designed by architect Giovanni Musica (MGALab), are the ultra-compact Dekton by Cosentino surfaces, installed both internally and externally. The building’s exterior volumes are enhanced by bonded Dekton Kreta and Keranium panels, applied to the facade and rooftop, chosen for their mechanical resistance, durability, and weather protection.

Dekton Somnia, a waterproof material unaffected by chlorine, humidity, and high temperatures, enhances the floors, walls, pool edges, and transition areas of the wellness zone. In the kitchen, countertops, backsplash, and the island are crafted from Dekton Laurent, a dark brown material characterized by golden veins. Dekton Laurent was also selected for the bathroom’s walls, vanity top, and shower tray. The custom-made integrated sink, fashioned from the same material, creates a seamless visual flow.
