In the renovation of the new Colonica at Borgo dei Conti Resort, inaugurated in May 2025, wood becomes an identity-defining material thanks to the project developed by Fiemme Tremila. The intervention, curated by Spagnulo & Partners in continuity with the work on the entire estate, introduces 2,600 sqm of biocompatible surfaces in a single essence: Ricco oak from the Boschi di Fiemme collection.
Three installation patterns – Italian herringbone, running plank and custom-made parquet panels – shape functions and atmospheres, engaging with the site’s history and the chromatic richness of the Umbrian landscape. A tailor-made approach that combines quality, healthiness and personalization, consistent with the philosophy of the resort and the design vision guiding the entire project.
