The title chosen by Dolce&Gabbana to showcase its men’s Autumn/Winter 2026/27 collection at Milan Fashion Week from January 16th to 20th – The Portrait of Man – is an ode to “personal style as the supreme act of individuality.”

The fashion show brought various portraits to the runway – the introspective intellectual, the creative visionary, the Mediterranean seducer, the rigorous rationalist, the restless romantic – set against a chromatic backdrop dominated by the absolute black of Uni Pepper, the smoky nuances of Majestic Onyx (both surfaces from the Fiandre brand), and the golden veins of Ariostea’s Onice Grigio. The tailoring of the garments was further enhanced by the Polished finish, chosen to amplify the dynamism of reflections, lights, and movements. An evocation of the depth of Italian chiaroscuro.
