Pedrali‘s collections aim to transform the workplace into a pleasant, welcoming, and stimulating environment that harmonizes performance and well-being. Drawing on extensive experience in office, hospitality, and public space design, the company envisions the workspace as a place people want to return to: a space for creation, idea development, relationship building, and learning. This represents a broad and innovative vision of the working world, no longer conceived merely as a production area, but as a true cultural hub. To bring this vision to life, Pedrali designs comprehensive office furnishing solutions based on two fundamental principles: flexibility, which allows for the modulation of both physical layouts and working methods, and ergonomics, because – as the company emphasizes – “furnishings must be adjustable and equipped with state-of-the-art mechanisms, capable of adapting to the user, ensuring comfort and giving individuals full control over their space, while simultaneously enhancing emotional well-being.”

Chairs, sofas, tables, desks, storage systems and lamps: Pedrali’s collections integrate harmoniously to create welcoming, efficient, and continuously evolving environments that meet the needs of their occupants. All this is achieved with a distinctive touch of style: an elegantly essential, colorful, and comfortable design that adds a refined decorative allure even to the most technical spaces.

These collections have helped create dynamic and inviting workspaces worldwide, becoming a benchmark and a source of inspiration even for everyday spaces: from Microsoft House in Milan and Microsoft offices in various global locations, to Google Campus in Dublin and other hubs of the tech giant, and collaborations with companies like Samsung, Pfizer, Spotify, LinkedIn, and LVMH.

Among Pedrali’s most recent projects is, notably, the L’Oréal headquarters in Milan, designed by DEGW – Lombardini22 around the concept of “homefeeling”: every environment is crafted to make people feel at home through bright, warm, and meticulously detailed spaces, focusing on flexible workstations and open-plan layouts to foster collaboration and well-being.

Pedrali’s offerings, with their warm materiality, align perfectly with this context, including the Nym seating collection (also in its upholstered version), designed by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo; Babila stools by Odo Fioravanti; Malmö armchairs by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo; and Héra armchairs by Patrick Jouin, featuring a three-dimensional curved plywood backrest.

Also featured are Stylus and Arki-Table tables, and Jazz and Folk high stools by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo. In the relaxation area, Blume chairs and tables by Sebastian Herkner, Ila and Héra lounge armchairs by Patrick Jouin, and Malmö coffee tables by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo take center stage. Even the outdoors is integrated into this reinterpretation of the office environment, creating multiple open-air zones for meeting and relaxation, thanks to Reva Twist sofas by Patrick Jouin, Buddy coffee tables by Busetti Garuti Redaelli, Intrigo armchairs by Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci with Ikon tables by Pio & Tito Toso, and Tribeca armchairs by Mandelli Pagliarulo.

Another example of the adaptability and modularity of Pedrali furnishings is found in the PayPal offices in Mexico City, where they create a vibrant and contemporary environment: Ila lounge armchairs by Patrick Jouin, with their enveloping forms, welcome visitors in waiting and relaxation areas.

The dining area is enhanced by Babila chairs by Odo Fioravanti, Fluxo tables, the comfortable and inviting Nym Soft chairs by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo, and the modular upholstered Modus seating. Fox armchairs by Patrick Norguet surround a round-top Arki-Table, while Nemea chairs with upholstered seats are arranged around a large rectangular Arki-Table, ideal for meetings and collaborative moments.

A comfortable lounge area is adorned with Blume lounge chairs by Sebastian Herkner and Social sofas by Patrick Jouin, complemented by Buddy coffee tables by Busetti Garuti Redaelli. In the break areas, we find Nym and Folk stools, both designed by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo, and Babila stools by Odo Fioravanti. Finally, other informal zones are distinguished by the presence of Buddy poufs and sofas by Busetti Garuti Redaelli, which complete the project with softness and flexibility. The result is always a contemporary workspace where comfort, aesthetics, and well-being meet in perfect balance.
