At Le Grand Restaurant within the Mountain Residence, the centerpiece is Windbreaker, a 90-meter-long installation that floats through the space, curving and intertwining around structural elements, seamlessly transitioning between walls, columns, and the ceiling.

Achieving its fluid and organic form, deeply inspired by the nature of the Carpathian Mountains, required 215 cubic meters of reed canes (nearly three million individual canes), 940 manually assembled pulleys, and 90 days of installation.

Around this central element, warm and sophisticated environments unfold, including a circular glass wine room and an outdoor sculpture of the Chugayster—the mythological forest guardian—composed of 1,700 vine branches. The Billiani furnishings selected for the venue include Spy lounge armchairs, Load and Fratina chairs by Emilio Nanni, Grapevine tables by Egidio Panzera, and Nordica armchairs by Marco Ferreri.
