It has monopolized Dubai‘s most exclusive private beach, Jumeirah, a jewel in the crown of luxury hospitality and a member of Dubai Holding. First with the iconic sail-shaped Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, then with the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and now with its latest addition, the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab resort, which, seamlessly integrated, redefines ultra-luxury hospitality for the most discerning travelers.
Designed by architect Shaun Killa, the structure immediately showcases avant-garde aesthetics inspired by superyachts. A double curvature in different directions creates a dynamic movement, evoking a vessel. The design, both inside and out, is conceived to create a sense of discovery and anticipation from the very first moment, so much so that the building gradually reveals itself to guests.
Starting with the spectacular arch of the entrance, which creates a surprising effect. Continuing into the atrium, enriched by a chandelier with over 1,500 hand-crafted shell-shaped crystals from the Czech Republic. Up to the tourist port, the Marsa Al Arab Marina, which has 82 moorings capable of accommodating yachts up to 61 meters in length. But what truly takes your breath away are the 300 rooms and 86 suites, each designed to reflect the unique nautical atmosphere. While the rooms are inspired by the legendary Riva boats, with glamorous 60s interiors and spacious terraces of over 22 square meters, the suites showcase the elegance of a superyacht, through bold and sporty lines and dynamic interiors.
With three particularly exclusive residences, designed to elevate the stay experience, if possible: the Presidential Suite has a private pool; the Royal Suite seems to float on the water and boasts a 310-square-meter terrace with an immersion pool, an indoor living area connected to an outdoor one, and the possibility of expanding into a multi-bedroom accommodation (up to five connecting bedrooms).
Finally, the Pearl Suite has a large terrace with panoramic views, a private kitchen, and the flexibility to host events for up to 80 guests. An exclusive collection of 82 residences, ranging from 79 to 229 square meters, completes the offering, all with breathtaking views of the marina. There is also a private oasis with cabanas and a secluded beach, with dedicated butler service, and the Spa, spread over 3 floors.
