Located in the heart of Milan, between Parco Sempione and Castello Sforzesco, Palazzo Dal Verme sets a new benchmark in luxury rentals. Developed in collaboration with Reale Immobili spa, the building has been redeveloped with a Design&Build approach curated by Contract District Group. The spacious apartments are offered fully furnished with premium Made in Italy brands including Ernestomeda, Lema, Scavolini, and Molteni&Co., meeting the rising demand for turnkey solutions.
Townlife Maggiolina
Developed by Generali Real Estate, Townlife Maggiolina is an urban regeneration project that transforms an entire Milanese neighbourhood into 140 rental apartments. Contract District Group contributed with an integrated supply of furnishings and digital services, reaffirming the value of design as a strategic driver throughout the real estate cycle.
Easy
Socially inclusive and accessible, Easy is the first affordable rental housing project to offer integrated furniture and services. Commissioned by Axa and Redbrick Investment Group, and designed by Studio Marco Piva, the building is also equipped with the TITIRO digital platform, integrated with CDG’s Home-J app, allowing residents to manage the entire domestic ecosystem – from booking shared spaces to after-sales support.
Syre
Aimed for sale, Syre is a new residential development in the San Siro district, again designed by Studio Marco Piva. Here, CDG oversees the complete furniture supply process with solutions from top-tier brands including Arclinea, Battistella, B&B Italia, and Veneta Cucine, streamlining logistics and offering a smooth, modern purchasing experience.
