Meridiani has opened its first monobrand store in Japan, located in Tokyo’s Minami-Aoyama district, an area known for its architectural quality and the presence of museums, galleries, and high-end boutiques. The showroom spans two floors and includes three living areas, two dining areas, and a bedroom, alongside a dedicated materials zone designed to support project customization. The display showcases a selection of Meridiani’s most recognizable products.

The store opening represents a further step in the brand’s international expansion strategy. The project aims to offer a direct experience of Meridiani’s products while maintaining alignment with the company’s original vision. Artistic direction remains under Andrea Parisio, who has long been connected to the brand’s visual and design identity. The goal is to deliver a tailored service to the local audience by integrating Italian design with the cultural and aesthetic sensibilities of the Japanese market.

«Tokyo represents for Meridiani a stimulating terrain, where the culture of furniture design is deeply rooted and embraced. We wish to offer a personalized interior design experience, and for this reason, the new showroom is not merely an exhibition space but a tangible meeting point between experience and emotion», says Italia Casalino, General Manager of Meridiani.

With this opening, Meridiani strengthens its presence in the Asian market. The store was launched in collaboration with Omobito, a local partner selected for its long-standing experience in the furniture sector and deep knowledge of the Japanese market. The partnership between the two companies began in 2022.
