The vibrant energy of international design resounds in the heart of the Big Apple. From 18 to 20 May 2025 the ICFF – International Contemporary Furniture Fair, the reference platform for contemporary design in North America, returns to the Javits Center. The fair confirms itself again this year as an immersive experience, a creative hub that encompasses visions, trends, relationships.

A key part of the NYCxDESIGN Festival, ICFF this year revolves around the guiding theme ‘Designing in Harmony’, a celebration of harmony between cultures, materials, aesthetics and design approaches, an ode to the diversity and human value of design, capable of inspiring concrete solutions for a more inclusive and sustainable future.

«Design has the power to bring real solutions to global challenges to life, and is a profound source of hope and optimism for the future,» explain directors Odile Hainaut and Claire Pijoulat. «At ICFF we therefore aim to create more than just a showcase for design. We imagine it as a meeting space for connection, creativity and conversation, a place where understanding is built, communities are strengthened and new ideas are born».

Amidst interactive installations, innovative materials and new products, the event hosts collections from every corner of the world – from Brazil to Canada, from Italy to Romania – recounting a global creativity, increasingly focused on sustainability, quality and storytelling.

To enrich the programme, the ICFF Talks are back: over 80 speakers including big names in design, publishers, curators and international thought leaders will animate panels and keynotes on topics ranging from residential to contract, from hospitality design to innovation. The talks will be hosted in exceptional locations such as the Main Stage (with Moroso and Danver), The Oasis (with Architonic), the Bespoke Salon (with AD PRO and Promemoria) and the Aqua Atelier by Grohe, places designed to stimulate dialogue and inspiration.

Highlights include the US launch of MORPHOMORPHO, a visionary collaboration between Tomorrowland, Ethnicraft and architect Dieter Vander Velpen that marks the evolution of the music festival into the world of high-end lifestyle products.
So too the unfailing collective of WANTED, a platform for tomorrow’s creatives and young talents: from the Design Schools Workshop to the showcase dedicated to schools, to the Launch Pad highlighting 87 international design studios and independent designers. Finally, the Aqua Atelier installation signed by Grohe showing the future of water innovation.
